At Quick ETA UK, we strive to provide exceptional service for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before submitting your application.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your application was rejected due to an error made by our team during the application preparation or submission process
- We were unable to submit your application due to technical issues on our end
- You cancelled your order before we began processing your application
- Duplicate payment was made for the same application
Partial Refund
A partial refund (service fee minus government fees and processing costs) may be issued if:
- You cancel your application after we have started processing but before submission to authorities
- Your application is withdrawn by you after submission (government fees are non-refundable)
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Your application was rejected due to ineligibility, false information, or incomplete documentation provided by you
- You provided inaccurate or misleading information in your application
- Your application was rejected by UK immigration authorities for reasons beyond our control
- You changed your mind after the application was submitted
- Processing delays caused by government authorities
- You were denied entry to the UK despite having an approved ETA (this is at the discretion of border officials)
- Government fees and third-party processing costs are non-refundable once paid
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your payment
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Include any supporting documentation (rejection notices, proof of error, etc.)
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- You will receive a response with the decision and next steps
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Government Fees
Government processing fees are collected on behalf of UK immigration authorities and are non-refundable once your application has been submitted. These fees are separate from our service fees and are subject to government policies.
7. Service Fees
Our service fees cover the cost of application review, expert guidance, document verification, submission assistance, and customer support. These fees are generally non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error as specified in Section 2.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before submission:
- Before we begin processing: Full refund of service fees
- During processing (before submission): Partial refund may apply, minus work completed
- After submission: No refund available as the service has been completed
9. Application Rejection by Authorities
If your ETA application is rejected by UK immigration authorities, we are not able to offer a refund unless the rejection was directly caused by an error made by our team during the application process. We will assist you in understanding the rejection reasons and can help with reapplication if eligible.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your application processing and withhold any services until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first to address any concerns.
11. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies, death of the applicant, or force majeure events), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with full details and supporting documentation.
12. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your order will be subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
